Acomodo verifies and sends your tenancy agreement within 2 business days.
Sign and Pay Advance Rent
Sign the agreement and pay advance rent within 48 hours.
Receive Payment Confirmation
Receive official payment confirmation from Acomodo.
Move In and Collect Your Keys
Move in and collect your keys. Agree your arrival and key collection with the team before you travel.
Booking Policies
24-hour cooling-off applies to contracts signed before 10 September 2026.
No visa, no pay.
Deposit refundable before signing. Advance rent non-refundable after cooling-off, except for visa rejection (notify within 24 hours, before 10 September 2026, with proof).
